About this event

NIHR ARC-NWC, ARC NENC and ARC-GM are hosting an online workshop to look at Community Engagement work in the NIHR ARCs and share learning and best practice in this area.

Following a first workshop in March (looking at the infrastructure and networks which need to be in place for sustainable and meaningful community engagement and what the facilitators and barriers are to making that happen), we now want to focus on HOW this work should happen in practice.

There will be presentations showing clear examples of good practice and then discussions on how we can potentially create some resources from these conversations and ensure any learning gained is put into practice.

This event will be of interest to anyone involved in community engagement work specifically within the ARCS, including researchers, VCFSE organisations, community representatives, public advisors and engagement managers.

We look forward to seeing you in June.
