Research Summary and Biography

I am a Research Associate in Risk and Safety Lab in Department of Experimental Psychology and Researcher in Oxford Healthcare Improvement centre. I am also part of Health and Social Care strand in NIHR Applied Research Collaboration Oxford and Thames Valley.

My research interest is in improvements and interventions on a system level. I am currently working on evaluation of a new Family Safeguarding model that is implemented by Oxfordshire County Council. The aim of this new model is to introduce multidisciplinary teams (including of adult workers) that are more efficient and family focused. The aim of my research is to evaluate the effectiveness of FSP model by using different performance indicators. I am closely working with service users and other relevant stakeholders to co-produce key measures and assist with implementation of this new model.

I completed my PhD at University of Oxford in August 2019, in collaboration with Professor Charles Newton. My doctoral work culminated in development of policy changes to improve access of health care for families raising children with Autism Spectrum Disorder  (ASD) in Lithuania. I joined the Department of Experimental Psychology as a Postdoctoral Research Associate in January 2020
